* Sony Corp. pushed back the U.S. launch of its all-in-one hand-held gaming device called PSP until early in 2005 from its original planned launch date late this year.
* Coca-Cola Co. said President Steve Heyer would give up running its North American unit, the firm’s largest business, as the board considers whether to name him chief executive. Donald Knauss, 53, was named president for North America and will report to Heyer.
* Lions Gate Entertainment Corp. named former Artisan Entertainment home video chief Steve Beeks to the newpost of president. The move points to the further integration of the two former rivals since Lions Gate acquired Artisan in 2003.
* A hearing in Indio, Calif., to determine whether a lawsuit over the quality of Firestone’s Steeltex tires should become a class-action case has been postponed until March 17.
