Quinn Leads the Bruins

Noelle Quinn had 25 points and 11 rebounds as UCLA defeated Washington, 64-59, Thursday night at Seattle.
The Bruins’ Lisa Willis tied the score at 54-54 on a four-point play when she made a free throw after being fouled while making a three-point basket with three minutes left. On the next possession, Jamila Veasley scored in the lane to give the Bruins, 11-10 overall and 6-6 in the Pacific 10, the lead for good.
Giuliana Mendiola had 27 points for Washington (12-9, 5-7). Mendiola added five assists to give her a share of the school career record at 559.
USC 83, Washington State 47 -- Meghan Gnekow had 15 points and Ebony Hoffman had 12 points and 10 rebounds at Pullman, Wash., to lead the Trojans (12-8, 9-3 Pac-10) to their largest margin of victory of the season.
Bianca McCall had 13 points for the Cougars (5-16, 1-11), who trailed, 46-16, at halftime.
