Titans Win in Overtime

CHENEY, Wash. — Jermaine Harper made a three-point basket with four seconds left in overtime Friday night to lift Cal State Fullerton (3-2) to a 70-68 victory over Eastern Washington. The Eagles (2-3) forced overtime when Marc Axton, fouled on a three-point attempt with seven seconds left, made three free throws to tie it at 64-64.
