Key Meeting Set for PeopleSoft Shareholders

PeopleSoft Inc. said it would hold its annual shareholder meeting March 25, an event analysts believe could lead to the resolution of the business software maker’s fight against a takeover bid by Oracle Corp.
PeopleSoft said four board members had been renominated to continue serving until 2007. They will be up against four nominees named by Oracle.
