Attacker of Girl in Brea Sought
Police were searching Friday for a man who attacked a 17-year-old girl as she walked along a trail in Brea, officials said.
She was near the Orange Freeway and Lambert Road about 9 a.m. when the man grabbed her and shoved her to the ground, said Police Sgt. Jack Conklin. She suffered minor injuries, he said.
The man fled when the girl screamed for help.
The attacker is described as about 25 years old, 5 feet 10, 180 pounds with dark hair and a light complexion. He was wearing a green zippered jacket.
