Democrats Plan Debates for Presidential Hopefuls

Representatives of the nine Democratic presidential candidates have agreed to conduct six to eight debates before the end of the year, campaign officials said.
The debates will be held by the Democratic National Committee and sponsored by national broadcast media. The DNC plans to submit detailed plans to the campaigns by the end of the week.
