Thieves Cash In on Presidential Loss

Colombia’s law-and-order president lost his wallet with his ATM card inside, and within hours someone had illegally withdrawn $4,200, authorities said.
The wallet, which also contained the automated teller machine password, fell out of President Alvaro Uribe’s jacket Friday while he visited Bucaramanga.
Authorities captured two suspects Monday and said they recovered the cash.
