Picking up and moving on

Maria Elena Fernandez’s column (“The Desire to Move Pours Forth,” April 24) is truly an example of “Rime of the Ancient Mariner” in which Coleridge wrote: “Water, water, everywhere, and how the boards did shrink/Water, water, everywhere, and not a drop to drink.”
I hope she’ll stay in L.A. and I look forward to reading more of her “Single in the City” columns in the future. What came through so clearly was her personal experience and wonderful way of writing! I wish her good luck with the next stage of her life.
