Now that bounty hunter Duane Lee Chapman has caught fugitive rapist Andrew Luster despite FBI officials saying that they didn’t approve of Chapman’s methods and that they would have caught Luster on their own, is Chapman available to hunt down Saddam Hussein and his alleged weapons of mass destruction?
