Blue Leads Bruins to Win

Nikki Blue made 12 of 17 shots and scored 26 points to lead UCLA to an 86-70 victory over Washington State on Thursday night in Pullman, Wash.
Michelle Greco scored 16 points for the Bruins, who improved to 12-7 overall and 7-3 in the Pacific 10 Conference. The Cougars (0-18, 0-10) lost their 42nd game in a row.
No. 25 Washington 94, USC 76 -- The Trojans’ winning streak ended at three games with a Pac-10 loss at Seattle. Ebony Hoffman led USC (9-12, 4-6) with 27 points.
The Huskies (16-3, 8-2) outscored the Trojans, 58-46, in the second half.
USC played its first game since learning that starting guard Aiesha Hollans will miss at least three weeks because of a knee injury.
Four Washington players scored in double figures, led by Giuliana Mendiola with 22 points.
