Driver of Armored Truck Held in $3-Million Theft

The driver of an armored truck suspected of disappearing last month with about $3 million was arrested Thursday in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico, on suspicion of embezzlement, authorities said.
Philip Salcedo Jr., 23, vanished after dropping off his partner for a cash pickup.
