Plane Crash Victim Was Laguna Beach Man

A man killed Friday when his experimental plane crashed into the ocean off Dana Point has been identified by the Orange County Coroner as Franklin Everett, 53, of Laguna Beach.
He owned the plane, which was based at John Wayne Airport.
