3D Systems CFO on Leave, Results Revised

3D Systems Corp., which makes three-dimensional imaging systems, revised its preliminary fourth-quarter results and put Chief Financial Officer James Selzer on administrative leave.

3D Systems had about $31 million in fourth-quarter sales rather than $33 million to $34 million as announced Jan. 14, the Valencia firm said. As a result, 3D Systems isn’t in compliance with some covenants of its bank loan agreements.

3D Systems shares rose 17 cents to $8.85 on Nasdaq.
