Ramirez on Budget Pork

Michael Ramirez’s editorial cartoon (“Gobs of Pork,” Commentary, Dec. 9) depicting the elephant with the pig nose was indeed refreshing for us liberals, who have known all along the difference between those right-wingers using the invisible trough to slop up their goodies and the left being forced to live outside of the money pit.

Thanks, Mr. Ramirez, for depicting the real truth in what’s happening here in America with the Republican Party. Your new posture in political cartoons will have me more attentive.
