Man Executed in Slaying of Parents of Gay Lover

A Texas man convicted of killing the parents of his gay lover to cash in on their insurance policies was put to death by lethal injection in Huntsville.
Richard Charles Duncan, 61, was the 23rd person executed this year in Texas, and the first of five scheduled to die this month in the state that leads the nation in executions.
