From Times Staff and Wire Reports
A trial has been set for Jan. 26 for Scott Peterson, who pleaded not guilty Wednesday to charges of murdering his wife and their unborn son.
Judge Al Girolami set the trial date and scheduled a hearing for Jan. 6 so the defense can request that the trial be moved out of Stanislaus County.
Girolami refused to lift a gag order or unseal any sealed court documents.
