Debris Found in Search for Copter, Photographer

A search crew recovered a seat cushion late Monday from a helicopter being piloted by an off-duty television news cameraman when it disappeared over the Pacific Ocean.
Sean O’Kane, 35, who works for CBS affiliate KFMB-TV in San Diego, left Montgomery Field for Long Beach about 10 a.m. The Coast Guard found the cushion shortly before 8 p.m. It was floating about a mile off the coast of Encinitas in north San Diego County, officials said.
