Four men were shot and injured Sunday in a home-invasion robbery, authorities said.
Police said two men entered a residence in the 3800 block of East Piedmont Drive armed with handguns and demanded property that police would not identify. When the residents did not comply, the gunmen started shooting, then fled, authorities said.
All four residents were shot inside their home.
David Buckley, 21, was in critical condition, and Jason Higgins, 20, was in fair condition, at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center, according to a hospital spokesman. Chris Phillips, 21, and Adam Lean, 22, were taken to Loma Linda University Medical Center. Their conditions were not available.
