Oakley Inc.’s board authorized the repurchase of as much as $20 million in common stock. The Foothill Ranch maker of high-end sunglasses saw its shares fall 14% Wednesday after it slashed profit and sales estimates for the year. Its shares were up 16 cents to $10.76 on Tuesday on the NYSE, before the buyback was announced.
