City OKs Major Redevelopment Project

The City Council has approved one of its biggest redevelopment projects: a multimillion-dollar subsidy to three businesses expected to occupy a trio of vacant buildings.
Under the plan, the city will spend up to $2.8 million to renovate the buildings, at 4th Street and Broadway.
