Under the heading of “it’s never too early to cash in,” Jennifer Garner and other cast members of ABC’s “Alias” will be appearing at a book signing at 8 tonight touting two tomes about their year-old series. They’ll be at the Barnes & Noble at 189 Grove Drive in L.A.
