IRS’ Priorities Still a Bit Off
Prison for not reporting a few hundred dollars in tips [“Prison Terms Affirm IRS Campaign on Tip Income,” Sept. 28]? Meanwhile chief executives and major corporations hide billions of taxable income in offshore accounts?
Nothing’s changed about the IRS. They’re nothing more than a schoolyard bully going after the weak and defenseless, while the real scofflaws hide behind an army of lawyers.
