GOP Goes to Court Over State Senate Race Ballots

In the midst of a recount that will determine control of the state Senate, Republicans asked a court to force disputed ballots to be included in the tally.
Democrat Christopher Hall leads Republican Leslie Fossel by nine votes. The GOP argues that the 63 disputed ballots would put Fossel ahead. Republicans want a county judge to intervene before the recount resumes today.
