2nd Man Wanted in Abduction Is Arrested

The second of two escaped inmates suspected of abducting a South Carolina woman during a multi-state crime spree was captured in Goshen. The woman’s location was not known.
Chadrick E. Fulks, 25, was being questioned by the FBI.
Officials said Fulks was arrested after he came out of his brother’s house and got into a car. He was caught by a police officer after a short chase on foot.
