Aide to Assemblyman Arrested in Sacramento

A recently hired aide to Assemblyman Tony Strickland (R-Moorpark) was arrested on suspicion of drunken driving early Tuesday in Sacramento with Strickland and three others in his vehicle, authorities said.
Rob Flanigan, 25, was arrested shortly before 2 a.m. about two blocks from the Capitol.
