Sad Day in Court
Re “Court Commissioner’s Son Gets Home Probation in Killing of 3 Pedestrians,” March 21: I am severely troubled by the offensively lenient treatment afforded the Pomona court commissioner’s son, Jarett Olson, after he slaughtered a young mother and her two babies with his car.
Have we reached a point in our society that the price for killing three innocent people through wanton negligence is an indeterminate period of “time out” in one’s own home? Where is the outrage?
