2 Men Shot to Death in Separate Incidents

Police are investigating two weekend shooting deaths.
Hugo Flores, 20, of Arleta was found at 7 p.m. Saturday slumped in the frontyard of a home in the 9800 block of Stanwin Avenue in Arleta. Police said several gang members confronted him on the street and then opened fire.
Four hours later, Lazaro Arranda, 26, of Pacoima was shot at a party in the 12900 block of Sunburst Street in Pacoima. Police said three to five party-crashers were arguing with Arranda when one of them shot him.
