Barcelona Honors Native Son With ‘Year of Gaudi’

MADRID — BMI British Midland on Saturday plans to begin operating a no-frills subsidiary called bmibaby. It will offer one-way fares starting at about $35 from England’s East Midlands Airport to Barcelona, Spain; Dublin, Ireland; Nice, France; Prague, Czech Republic; and other European cities.
