Granite Buys 99-Unit Complex

Granite Investment Group of Irvine purchased the 99-unit Cynthia Circle Apartments at 11050 Cynthia Circle in Garden Grove from Irvine-based Bascom Group for $11.2 million. Bruce Furniss, David Casper, Michael Shustak and John Nguyen of Grubb & Ellis represented the buyer and the seller.
The Larkey Trust bought a 47,404-square-foot shopping center at the northwest corner of Willow Street and Long Beach Boulevard in Long Beach from CTA Wrigley for $7.5 million. The seller was represented by Nicholas Coo, David Lee and Rich Walter of Faris Lee Investments. The buyer was represented by independent broker John Valentine.
SCI Investments purchased the 36,772-square-foot Skyline Shopping Center at 2835-2897 E. Thousand Oaks Blvd. in Thousand Oaks for $6.5 million from Meyer Properties. Marc Paul and Robert Robotti of Re/Max Commercial Brokerage represented the buyers. The seller was represented by Steve Halterman of National Bancorp.
