3 Armed Men Rob Bank, Flee With Sacks of Cash

Three men with handguns robbed a Thousand Oaks bank Monday morning, authorities said.
The men entered Western Financial Savings Bank in the 2900 block of Thousand Oaks Boulevard, Ventura County Sheriff’s Sgt. Bill Flannigan said.
They stuffed an undisclosed amount of cash into sacks and fled.
The men are believed to be 18 to 22 years old. They were driving a white compact car, Flannigan said. One of the robbers fired a shot into the ceiling as they left. There was one customer in the bank at the time. No one was injured.
