Trust Fund Established for Plane Crash Victims

A Garden Grove organization has established a trust fund in the names of Jackie Ngo-Ton, killed when a plane crashed into a crowd at a San Dimas park Thursday, and her brother, Andy.
Andy remains hospitalized at Childrens Hospital Los Angeles in serious condition. The Buddhist Youth Assn. established the fund.
