Niko and Theo Milonopoulos, who wrote the Jan. 5 Voices piece regarding the banning of ammunition in Los Angeles, cite Chicago and Washington as cities that have already banned the sale of ammunition as well as guns. These two cities are classic examples of the ineffectiveness of these bans, since Washington has the highest per capita murder rate in the U.S. and Chicago is not far behind.
