Student Pleads Innocent to Rape, Torture Charges

A UC Irvine student has pleaded innocent to charges that he raped, beat and cut swastikas into the cheek of a 15-year-old girl he met on the Internet.
Brian Dance, 20, faces up to 90 years in prison if convicted on all the counts against him.
Dance, who is being held without bail, entered his plea Friday at Orange County Superior Court’s Harbor Justice Center.
