30-Year Mortgage Rates Up Slightly

Rates for 30-year mortgages rose to an average 6.27% this week from a 32-year low of 6.22% last week, Freddie Mac said.
Rates for 15-year fixed-rate mortgages also edged up slightly this week to 5.71%, from 5.63% last week. But rates on one-year adjustable mortgages continued to decline, dropping to 4.34% from 4.39% last week.
These rates do not include add-on fees known as points.
