Crash Victim Identified as Retired Psychiatrist

A Camarillo man killed in a car crash was identified Friday as Onssy H. Anis, a psychiatrist who retired in 1988 from Camarillo State Hospital.
Anis, 66, died Thursday when he lost control of his Jeep on a dirt shoulder off 5th Street, between Oxnard and Camarillo, authorities said. A native of Egypt, Anis had lived in the United States since 1968, family members said. He is survived by his wife and three adult children.
