Complex Procedure
Re “Twins Separated in 22-Hour Operation, Aug. 7: It is wonderful that the medical staff at UCLA was able to complete a complicated medical procedure to separate the twins. However, since the staffers donated their time, perhaps they will do so for an American family that does not have health care and needs medical intervention.
