Officials who oversee pension funds in several states will meet Monday in New York City to discuss how they can persuade Wall Street firms to agree to rules to eliminate conflicts of interest.
California Treasurer Philip Angelides, New York State Comptroller H. Carl McCall and New York State Atty. Gen. Eliot Spitzer will be among those attending, according to Angelides’ office.
