Blow to the Head Killed Homeless Man

A homeless day laborer whose body was found in San Juan Creek last week died from a blow to the head, according to the Sheriff’s Department.
Deputies acting on a tip found the remains of Noe Beltran on Friday. Officials said the blow was delivered with a blunt instrument but released few other details.
