The average price of gasoline in Southern California has reversed course in the last few weeks, rising 5 cents to $1.669 for a gallon of self-serve regular, according to the Automobile Club of Southern California. The club’s monthly Fuel Gauge Report, released Tuesday, is based on a survey of 2,800 gas stations.
