Miscarriage of Justice

Re “Judges Back Procreation by Inmates,” Sept. 6: I’m sitting here with my mouth hanging open. Did I really read that convicted male felons have a constitutional right to procreate by means of artificial insemination? What? Can we honestly now maintain the litany that law-abiding, same-sex couples cannot marry? Just where in the Constitution does one right exist and the other does not?
