Real Estate Appraising: Cal State Northridge will offer “Principles of Real Estate Appraising,” Mondays, Sept. 10 to Nov. 26, and “Income Property Appraisal,” Wednesdays, Sept. 12 to Nov. 28. As part of the same program, daylong courses will include “Appraisal Report Writing,” Oct. 20 and 27, and “Standards of Professional Practice,” Nov. 10 and 17. The fee for each of the two-day courses is $145.
