Term Limits: Voters Lose
We watched Macy’s parade on Thanksgiving morning. I noticed the outpouring of love for Mayor Rudy Giuliani as his float went by. We are all losers with the advent of term limits. The voters, not the law, should be able to limit terms when we choose.
