Re “City Puts Limits on Hotel Stay,” May 8:
Resident hotels attract crime and lack amenities necessary for health and safety? What does the Santa Ana City Council think the streets are like? You can’t take away one system, faulty as it may be, and offer no alternative. That’s not concern, it’s cruelty.
