Friday the 13th to Mark Restored Library Hours

Budget woes nearly 25 years ago forced Fullerton’s library system to reduce the days at its Hunt Branch in the southwest part of the city to Monday through Thursday, closing on Fridays.
July 13 the library will celebrate the reopening of Friday service with a public party from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. The Hunt library, 201 S. Basque Ave., was temporarily open seven days a week last year during the renovation of the main branch.
