Children Found Alone in Home
Police are seeking a 34-year-old Lancaster woman whose four children were discovered living alone in a squalid house for two days, authorities said.
Lisa Ramirez was last seen Friday and is believed to be in Delano, said Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Det. Paul Kaser.
The home was filled with trash, rotten food and insects, a sheriff’s statement said. Ramirez is wanted for possible child endangerment, authorities said.
The children, 6 to 13 years old, were placed in temporary foster homes, Kaser said.
