Tax Refund

Oh boy! My tax refund is on the way. What shall I do with it? Well, I think I’ll use it to repair our crumbling interstate highway system and deteriorating schools. Wait. It’s hardly big enough to do that. But what if I could combine it with everyone else’s rebates and send it to the government to fund those projects? What a great idea! Has anyone else thought of this?

I know what I am going to do with my $300. I am going to send it to the first reasonable Democratic candidate for the 2004 presidential election who comes on the scene. This will be my contribution to stimulating the economy.
