Alliance Imaging IPO Gains 15 Cents in Trading
Alliance Imaging Inc.’s stock barely budged Friday in its first day of trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
Shares of the Anaheim provider of diagnostic imaging services closed at $13.15, up 15 cents from the initial public offering price.
Alliance, which owns about 392 imaging systems, offered nearly 9.4 million shares priced at $13, below the projected range of $15 to $17.
