California Sales Tax
Re “Assembly Approves State Budget,” July 17: Seeing two Democratic Assembly members literally hugging each other with giddy joy over raising the California sales tax should inspire everyone to vote Libertarian next time around. Republicans who can be bought off with pork-project promises are no alternative; they are part of the problem.
