The Irvine maker of safety testing products posted a fourth-quarter profit of $9,694, down 18% from the $11,801 a year ago. Per-share amounts were less than one cent. Revenue for the quarter ended Sept. 30 declined 5% to $161,745. A net loss of $91,902 was recorded for the year, contrasted with a profit of $60,884 for the prior year. Revenue was flat at $648,487.
