Man, 21, Sentenced in Killing of U.S. Teens

A Costa Rican man was sentenced to 70 years in prison for killing two American women. The slayings shocked this Central American country with a reputation for safety.
Alberto Urbina Cisneros, 21, was convicted of homicide. He was sentenced to 35 years each for the March 2000 shooting deaths of Emily Eagen, of Ann Arbor, Mich., and Emily Howell, of Lexington, Ky. Both were 19 years old.
